In a great location near the square and medina, this place offers comfortable rooms with nice decorations and a fantastic pool area.

Lovely, well decorated room provided with wine and comfortable bedding, as for instance. A wide array of options, delicious food. Wonderful and lovely staff with good manners.

Everything was awesome, greatly enjoyed the patio view from my queen room. Comfortable decor, climate control, and a fireplace. - the location was marvelous for a trip in Marrakesh. Visited a few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with AMAZING views. the bathroom is large and the bed is extremely comfy. - the hotel's location is particularly good, just next door to the main square and the souks.

Convenient location and the staff here was super friendly and welcoming. It's only a quick 15-minute drive to the airport ✈️, making it very easy to get to.

Helpful staff, beautiful decor, rooftop seating, and poolside breakfasts. Traditional riad in a non-touristy area but still walkable to attractions. Fred goes above and beyond, arranging taxis and recommending great places to eat. Unforgettable tagine experience!

From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were blown away by the stunning decor and amazing hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, making us feel right at home. The plunge pool was a perfect way to cool off in the afternoons, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The location in the heart of the medina gave us a taste of traditional Marrakech, and the food on the riad's menu was absolutely delicious. We can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable.

riad jnane was even better than our previous stay in marrakesh, exceeding all expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the beautiful decor and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the bustling city.

I love that the rooms have separate sitting areas, where you can unwind and enjoy some quiet time after a busy day exploring the city. The air conditioning in the rooms is a blessing, especially during the hot Marrakesh summer. It keeps the room cool and comfortable throughout the day. Having free WiFi in the rooms is a great convenience. It allows you to stay connected and share your amazing experiences with friends and family back home.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary. But I understand that some guests might still find it useful.

The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with conveniently placed handrails and ramps to aid in mobility.

I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered towards senior guests.
